48 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY IS STRICTLY ENFORCED
We understand life happens but cancelling/rescheduling last minute or your pet(s) not being accessible costs revenue and time is lost.
Once your deposit is paid, your time slot is spoken for and no one else can book an appointment during that time. Therefore, a non-refundable fee of 100% of the total cost of your appointment is due when to secure your appointment slot. If there is no deposit on file this charge is incurred immediately to the card on file upon your appointment being cancelled/rescheduled within the 48 hour window.
