Scheduling:

Because house call service comes with many variables, your pet's appointment time will be set within an hour range. If your pet's appointment time is at 1 we may arrive as early 12:30 and as late as 1:30. We will always try to arrive as close to your appointment time as possible, but we will always take our time and never rush a pet and compromise safety for the sake of keeping to a schedule.

Nailed It Denver reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to inclement weather and/or unsafe travel conditions, or illness/injury. We will make every effort to notify you as soon as we decide that we must reschedule your pet's appointment. We do not take the decision to reschedule your pet lightly, and if we must reschedule your appointment will be given high priority. We make these scheduling decisions with everyone's safety in mind, and we appreciate your understanding.

Cancellation Policy:

Nailed It Denver understands that unexpected circumstances can result in a cancelled or rescheduled appointment. If you’re unable to keep a confirmed appointment and need to reschedule or cancel, please do so as soon as possible to avoid potential fees. Our cancellation policy is designed to protect both you and Nailed It Denver in cases of last-minute cancellations or reschedules.

You can cancel or reschedule an appointment 48 hours or more before a confirmed appointment with no fee. For appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of a confirmed appointment, you may be charged a full appointment fee at Nailed It Denver’s discretion.

This includes appointments with multiple pets when one pet may need to skip an appointment due to illness, injury or recent vet/grooming appointment.

Turn Key Service:

(Service provided when you are away)

If you will not be home at the time of your appointment, you may leave a key or code and payment or request an invoice so we can provide our nail trim service while you are out. If your pets are difficult to catch we may ask that they be crated or kept in a small room where they can't hide. Failure to do so will result in a full appointment fee

Nailed It Denver is not liable for any unreasonable damage may result from turn key service.

I agree to an initial fee for turn key service to acquire a key box if a garage code isn't available. This key box should be present on front or back door at time of service. Failure to do so will result in a full appointment fee.

Environment:

If anyone in your household has been sick recently, we would appreciate being notified so we may take appropriate precautions. We will not cancel an appointment due to illness in the household, but we prefer to be aware and keep a safe distance from whoever is contagious.

Please refrain from scolding your pet while we work with them.

Please refrain from using your cell phone if you are involved with keeping your pet calm during the nail trim process.

While providing our service, we ask that the surrounding environment be calm and that the door stay closed throughout the duration of our service. Too much excitement or stimulation for your pet can make it difficult/unsafe to work with them. You are welcome to stay in the room and/or chat with Nailed It Denver but you have to stay the entire duration of the nail trim. We ask that you keep children under the age of 12 occupied while we work with your pet.

Parking:

If Nailed It Denver is required to pay for parking to provide services there will be a fee to cover parking costs.

Injury:

Nailed It Denver is fully insured and, should your pet suffer an injury that is determined to be at fault, we will reimburse all related Veterinary expenses. We reserve the right to speak directly with your veterinarian and will require a physical itemized copy of the bill before reimbursing any expenses.

Discounting Services:

Nailed it Denver takes the utmost caution with all pets and reserves the right to halt a nail trim at any point and refer to a full service groomer and/or Veterinarian.

I understand Nailed It reserves the right to discontinue service and refer to groomer/vet at any time and payment for that visit is still required.

Payment:

Payment is accepted via cash or Square. Payment is due when services are rendered. If paying by cash, please have the correct amount ready. We do not carry change.

Invoices not paid by the end of services will have an additional fee added.

If payment is unable to be processed at time of service, there will be an additional fee added to your appointment charge. Full payment is due within 48 hours of your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a halt in all future services.

Photos:

I authorize Nailed It Denver to take Photos of my pet for their files, website, social media and advertising purposes. All photos are property of Nailed It Denver.

Behavior:

I understand that if my pet attempts to bite during their appointment that the nail trim may not be finished and I am still required to provide full payment.

I understand that if my pet has any behavior issues that I am required to stay on a 1-4 week schedule to get my pet used to the nail trim process.

Although Nailed It Denver will take all possible precautions during the nail trim process. I acknowledge that medical emergencies may arise due to the stress of nail trims and I agree I agree not to hold Nailed It Denver and/or employees responsible for adverse reactions.

Senior 8+ years:

I am aware that if my pet is a senior if they are 8+ years of age. The nail trim process may be stressful.

Although Nailed It Denver will take all possible precautions during the nail trim process. I realize the stress of a nail trim may initiate unforeseen problems in my pet and I agree not to hold Nailed It Denver and/or employees responsible for adverse reactions.

Special Needs:

I am aware if my pet has any special conditions to fully disclose this to Nailed It Denver. The nail trim process may be stressful.

Although Nailed It Denver will take all possible precautions during the nail trim process. I acknowledge that medical emergencies may arise due to the stress of nail trims and I agree not to hold Nailed It Denver and/or employees responsible for adverse reactions.

Additional Services

Anal Glands:

Nailed It Denver only expresses anal glands externally. If you need internal expression please consult your veterinarian.

If my pet has any anal gland issues in the past I agree to make Nailed It Denver aware. I aware that having anal glands squeezed may cause minor irritation and/or scooting.

Small Animals

I understand that small animals are more sensitive and if my pet seems too stressed during their appointment that the nail trim may not be finished and I am still required to provide full payment.

Although Nailed It Denver will take all possible precautions during the nail trim process. I acknowledge that medical emergencies may arise due to the stress of nail trims and I agree I agree not to hold Nailed It Denver and/or employees responsible for adverse reactions.

Misc:

I understand that Nailed It Denver will never sell my information to third parties but I will receive occasional text messages and emails.

Legal:

Any disagreements that cannot be settled are to be sent through mediation and then arbitration.

I have read and understood the above conditions and agree they will apply to all future services of my pets.

Nail trims should not be a punishment!

…But simply a part of life.

Calm techniques, plenty of bribes and just simply some tender loving care is the cornerstone of paving the road to happy pets with happy toes.

Cancellation Policy

48 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY IS STRICTLY ENFORCED

Once confirmed your time slot is spoken for and no one else can book an appointment during that time. Therefore, a fee of 50% of the total cost of your appointment will be added to your bill. This charge is incurred immediately upon your appointment being canceled or rescheduled within the 48 hour window. 

We appreciate your understanding.
